    Tips

    • For best results, use clean, cold water when mixing the plaster.
    • Add the plaster powder to the water gradually, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
    • Pour the plaster paste into the mould slowly and carefully to avoid trapping air bubbles.
    • If you are making a large casting, you may need to pour the plaster paste in layers to ensure that it sets evenly.
    • Allow the plaster to set completely before removing it from the mould. This can take several hours, depending on the size and thickness of the casting.

    Instructions for use

    1. Mix the plaster powder with water in the ratio below
    2. Stir until a smooth paste is formed.
    3. Pour the plaster paste into your mould.
    4. Allow the plaster to set completely before removing it from the mould.
    • Plaster to Water Ratio (by weight) 1.43:1
    • Water to plaster ratio ( by weight) 70%
    • Plaster to water mix ratio (by weight) 100/70

    • Chemical Name: Calcium sulphate hemihydrate
    • Chemical Composition: CaSO4 .1/2 H2O
    • Setting Parameters:
    • Initial setting time (minutes) 20
